• This 3 lot subdivision optimised the sites location within close proximity to an existing commercial centre thereby enabling the creation of small scale residential allotments. Our due diligence and site planning enabled the creation of irregular shaped allotments that allowed for efficient house planning across the subsequent allotments.
Loftus St, Deagon
Our investigations of this site prior to purchase enabled our client to extract an additional allotment from the development. In identifying the pre-existing Title shortcomings, we were able to convince Council that the site was suitable for a 5 lot subdivision despite the land being marketing to our client as a 4 lot subdivision site.
