This development saw a significant upgrade of a key commercial centre within Brisbane’s inner western corridor. Challenges overcome to deliver the key asset were negotiations with State Authorities given the centre is built over an existing railway station, construction co-ordination to ensure ongoing trade and optimization of public signage/advertising devices.
Acting for the dealer principal, we obtained the relevant author permits for both luxury car showrooms. In doing so, we overcame matters of land contamination, land use rights and street activation.
Acting for Queensland largest private shopping centre owners, we have carried out a multitude of centre upgrades and extensions. Across all projects, our involvement has seen the ability to revamp existing centres into vibrant commercial centres while maintaining strong centre trade.
